Jérôme Lucas , singer

 

 

He was born on June 1st, 1981 in Somain next to Douai (France). Jérome, author, composer and interpreter has been for a long time a music passionate person. Self-taught, he learned the guitar, the piano, the singing and the drums with his  favourite's groups. In 1992, he was on stage for spectacles of his school. Quickly, Jérome turns to  composition.

In 1996, he played a concert with his group named " Express Yourself " during the famous "fête de la musique". Having performed a training in the audiovisual's sector, he decides to dedicate itself completely to the music. 

On February 18th 1998, Jérome participates in "Graine de star" in the zenith of Lille in front of 5000 persons. He is selected in the category "seeds of singer" with " J'irai au bout de mes rêves" of J.J Goldman. 

On April 30th, he wins the finale of the emission in Paris with " Lucie " of P. Obispo.

In March 99, Jérome participates in a special of "Plus vite que la musique " broadcasted on M6 for the young talents. The very electric musical culture allows him to write and compose its own fragments and incite him to make share this wealth to the other singers.
